Palpitations out of the blue?

I just wore a 24hr heart monitor. But my heart flutters and it just like catches me by surprise, they dont last long, like a second, sometimes I cough but they dont hurt, I dont get dizzy, but it makes me panic...do u think its heart or my nerves?
