We are doing a VA Loan and the seller is contributing up to 7500 towards our closing and prepaids with 500 down for earnest money. Is this enough to cover our cost and not come out of pocket. We live in Tarrant County in Texas. And how much is escrow do we have to have. He listed on our GFE the amt of 2234 FOr 7 months worth of taxes. Thank you
